After a long stretch at work over the bank holiday weekend I am enjoying a lazy day off relaxing at home. I saw this recipe in a magazine and decided to give it a try…. with a couple of tweaks of course!

More cumin, added 🌶 and tinned 🍅 instead of fresh. It was really lovely, I’ve cleared a very large plate, and just the nourishing lunch I needed.

Now……. feet up or housework???
